We want to provide an opportunity at the end of the event for people to be able to ask questions about items that might not have been covered within the session, or that they thought of after the session. Whether it’s answering the question right away, or even just leading them in the direction of where they can find an answer, it ultimately decreases the chance of people leaving with unanswered questions. It also helps promote the idea of a Flash Community Event which is what it’s all about.
